Surely the clothesline ranks among the top three best-things-since-sliced-bread (although it’s been around much longer). Have you ever lost yourself in the fragrance of line-dried, sun-warmed clothes? Pure heaven. And what about falling asleep between a set of clean sheets? It doesn’t get any better. Today’s sun was too good to pass up.

The first batch!

Chicks arrived Friday morning which means fresh meat is only two months away!!

Eric expertly converted a shipping container into a brooder tank. He put a wall in the center so we could run two batches at a time – genius idea! Mark your calendars for the end of April and stay tuned for the exact date of butcher.

If you think you’ve seen this photo before, you are correct. Taken several years ago it still works today. The only difference is their environment.
